Payment & Processing:
1. All orders will be submitted for shipment within 1-2 Business Days after payment is received in full and verified by our billing and fraud department.
2. Payment methods accepted:
- Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Bank Wire Transfer.

Please note: If there are any billing difficulties, invalid or missing credit card information, your order will be delayed until the issues have been resolved. Actual shipping time is based upon billing verification.
3a. Credit Card Purchases:
We will ship your order to your billing address. If you have a different address for shipping other than your billing address, simply call the 1-800 customer service telephone number located on the back of your credit card and request to have an alternate shipping address added on file.
- Please note: this is done to protect our customers from fraud and keep our prices down.
Sales Tax:
1. We collect Sales TAX on all orders being shipped to the State of New York at a rate of 8.65%. It is the customer's sole responsibility to pay; all or any sales taxes that may be required of them, for all orders shipped to any other state outside of the state of NEW YORK.
Shipping:
1. All orders will be submitted for shipment within 1-2 Business Days after the order has been placed. Payment must be received in full and verified by our billing and fraud department. Some items such as Televisions, Large or Oversized items and most Freight related shipments may require an additional business day for processing prior to shipment. Unfortunately, it is common that packages are lost or damaged during delivery, and therefore insurance is required on every order that we ship. Please note that insurance is a separate charge which varies depending on shipment destination, transit time, package weight, dimension and total value of the entire order. Therefore please be sure to ask our Customer Service Representatives about our shipping options and the cost associated with insuring your order. All shipments will be insured for the first $100.00, and by our third party insurance company for the remainder of the package. If the package containing your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will certainly replace what is lost or damaged. All costs involved in insuring each package unless otherwise authorized by an employee will be forwarded to the customer at the time of purchase. Please be aware that because cost prices fluctuate from week to week, and we do not offer any price protection once an order has been shipped.
2. Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii must ship via Air due to carrier regulations. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact support for a detailed shipping quote to Alaska or Hawaii support@alltvmall.com or call 1-877-401-4749.
3. We do not ship to APO/FPO, PO BOX or Hotel addresses and cannot make any exceptions.
4. Items may be shipped from different warehouse locations. Shipping time in transit will be calculated based on the information given on the website. Shipping charges will be as stated online; no shipping discounts will be given unless they were directly offered by an All TV Mall account representative.
5. Freight Shipments:
All Televisions 42" or larger/Stands/and oversized/overweight items will be shipped via Truck line Freight service (unless otherwise stated):
- Ground Threshold (8-14 Business Days) or Express Freight (4-6 Business Days) is available as a freight option.
- White Glove In-Home Delivery is available as a delivery option for the product during checkout.
- All freight deliveries will be to the front door or curbsideif there are steps leading to the front door unless White-Glove delivery is purchased for In-home delivery.
- If you live in a "Beyond Area" an area that is rural and is outside of the Freight Couriers normal delivery range there may be an additional 3-6 Business day delay in receiving your order regardless of the shipping method selected. In this case your order is not considered late, it just requires additional shipping arrangements with third party couriers to handle the delivery hand-off for rural areas that may be hard to access.
White-Glove Delivery:
Deliveries made inside the house or apartment to any room of your choice. The product will be taken out of the box, set on a Television stand, plugged in to the electrical outlet and turned on. The Manufacturers box may be discarded per your request with White-Glove delivery.
- No other cables or equipment will be connected to the television; white glove is not the same as installation services.
- It is very important to inspect the product for physical damage with the White-Glove delivery option. The product is taken out of the box and plugged in allowing you to inspect the products condition prior to signing off on it.
- Please note: If the freight truck does not have access to the delivery site, delivery will be curbside unless White-Glove delivery is purchased for In-home delivery.
Special Delivery Categories:
Orders going to USA military bases, Hospitals, conventions and trade shows are assessed an additional handling fee of $50 for Televisions 42" and larger. Please specify prior to placing your order if you are shipping to the above mentioned address types. If you fail to specify that the address is of the above stated facility All TV Mall may bill you the additional handling fee.
- Islands accessible only by ferry (such as Martha's Vineyard) or require special means of accessibility may be assessed an additional handling fee. Please contact support for additional information if you fall under this category.
- One example would be the cost of the Ferry for a delivery to Martha's Vineyard, MA & Whidbey Island, WA.
- Saturday: Shipments requiring a Saturday delivery will be rated with an additional charge of $100.00.
- Sunday & Holiday: Shipments requiring a Sunday delivery will be rated with an additional charge of $175.00.
- Specials: Shipments requiring a "Special" will be rated with an additional charge of $90.00.
- A "Special" is determined when a pickup or delivery is requested outside of the standard schedule or delivery window. This would apply to after-hour requests as well as specific time requests.
- Please note: Freight couriers charge an additional handling fee in order to service these locations).
6. Product Tracking:
A Tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as your product is shipped. Please note: All orders have a 1-2 Business Day processing time prior to shipment. All over-sized items being shipped via Truck line freight may require 1 additional Business Day to process the order.
- Certain Freight Carriers we use may not have a tracking number available instantly and may require some time to post.
- Most Freight carriers will call you 1-2 Business days ahead of time to schedule delivery with you.
7. Lost Shipments:
If your shipment is lost in transit, you must contact support Support@alltvmall.com or call 1-877-401-4749 and we will place a trace on the package. This process usually takes between 3-8 business days. Please be patient while the trace is in progress your package may show up any day during this time.
- Found packages will be delivered to you.
- Lost shipments will be submitted as a claim with the courier and a new order will be shipped out to you as soon as the trace is completed.
8. Refused Orders:
Refused shipments will be credited less a 15% restocking fee and less freight/ handling and insurance charges. Unless freight damage is noted on the delivery manifest: please see Damage claims section below for details on handling damaged freight.
Damage/Pilferage:
NOTE: You will not be responsible for shipping damages as long as all guidelines are met. All shipments must be insured.
1. Freight Shipments:
It is important for you to inspect the product for physical damage upon delivery prior to signing for it. If you notice any physical damage simply refuse the delivery, call us right away and we will submit a claim. Once the claim has been received by the Freight Company we will issue a new order for replacement. Claims for damage/pilferage must be reported to support@alltvmall.com or customer service 1-877-401-4749.
- All Freight Shipments Over $500 Must Be Insured.This may be added to your total after confirmation of your order and the price may very from different models.
- Shipping damage is not the same as a manufacturer defect. Shipping damage is physical damage that is noticeable upon inspection. Manufacturer defects are covered directly by the manufacturer at no cost to you instantly.
- It is your responsibility to inspect your merchandise from shipping damage at the time of delivery prior to acceptance.
- I some cases certain shipping damage may not be noticeable upon inspection (Extremely rare case), this type of shipping damage is called "Concealed Damage". If you notice physical damage (such as: a hairline crack once the Television is powered on). You must call us right away and we will enter a claim.
- This type of claim will require for the product to be picked up by the Freight Courier and inspected at their facility. You will be asked to wait for the entire process to be completed prior to us shipping you a new replacement.
- You must call us within 24 hours of delivery acceptance if you notice this type of damage. It is your responsibility to inspect your merchandise from "Concealed Shipping Damage" within 24 hours of delivery acceptance.
- Please note: "Concealed Shipping Damage" is extremely rare and only happens to a small percentage of shipping damage cases. Shipping Damage is usually extremely visible.
Plasma/LCD/Rear Projection TVs must be opened & inspected prior to accepting the shipment. Damage claims will not be paid unless damage is indicated on freight bill.
- Filing a damage claim for Plasma/LCD/Rear Projection TVs after inspection and acceptance of the product is still an option which will require pickup and investigation of the product by the freight company. This process can take up to 1 month to process and does not guarantee approval of the claim. (Physical damage is noticeable during your initial inspection of the product during delivery, if you did not notice the damage you must prove the damage did not occur after delivery of the product).
It is very important to inspect the product for physical damage with the White-Glove delivery option. The product is taken out of the box and plugged in allowing you to inspect the products condition prior to signing off on it.
2. Standard Shipments (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
Claims for damage/pilferage must be reported to support@alltvmall.com or customer service 1-877-401-4749 within 24 hours of you receiving a damaged product(s). If you refused delivery due to damage please contact support as soon as possible. The faster you act on a damage claim the less of an investigation process will be done by the couriers.
- For standard shipping couriers, it is important to repackage the product exactly as it was with all packing material repackaged in the original manner as received.
- The courier will pick up the product once a claim has been submitted.
3. For Damage claims all original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials should be saved. Carriers may require onsite inspection before the product can be returned.
Back Orders:
1. We will contact you via e-mail within 24-48 hours of payment if any Item or Items on your order are back ordered. You will be given an option as to whether you would like to:
a) Wait until the item becomes available.
b) Cancel the back-ordered item for a full credit.
c) Substitute for newer or similar item.
Return Policy
30 Day return policy from date of purchase
1. All merchandise is being sold Brand New (Unless otherwise specified).
2. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be requested via e-mail sent to support@alltvmall.com or by calling customer service 1-877-401-4749 no later than 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
3. The RMA number is to be marked on the outside of the shipping box for product returns.
Do Not Write the RMA number on the manufacturer's product box. You must write the RMA number on the outer shipping box.
If you write the RMA number on the manufacturer's box, the product will be re-shipped to you at your expense and you will not be credited.
Note: In case of over-sized freight please insert RMA Number into a packing slip sleeve.
4. You must ensure that merchandise is returned to the address provided with your RMA# to receive proper credit.
5. Return shipping on merchandise being returned to AllTVMall.com is to be prepaid by the customer. AllTVMall.com does not pay for the return shipping of returned items (unless there is Freight damage.
6. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED PAST OUR 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. No RMA Numbers will be issued after 15 days of acceptance of the merchandise. Returned products without a return authorization will be shipped back to you at your expense.
7. Returns for Defective merchandise:
Defective merchandise (manufacturer defects) can be returned and will be credited at original invoice price less shipping and handling charges after receipt and inspection at our headquarters. You may contact the manufacturer directly for a return/exchange and exchange the product at no charge to you. You must request an RMA number from support@alltvmall.com or customer service 1-877-401-4749 within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
- You may choose to contact the manufacturer directly and have your product repaired or replaced by the manufacturers authorized service centers that may be located locally, utilizing the manufacturer's original product warranty.
- Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer box with all original UPC codes, INSIDE an outer shipping box with an RMA # written on it. Merchandise must have all enclosed documentation and all original package contents.
- Missing original content or product UPC codes will disqualify the return. All returns are subject to inspection prior to credit.
- Note: If you get the product in home, set it up and notice something is not working properly, it is considered a manufacturer defect, you must contact the manufacturer for support/service or replacement. This will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty at no cost to you.
8. Returns for Non-defective merchandise:
Non defective merchandise can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and will be credited at original invoice price less shipping and handling charges after receipt and inspection at our headquarters, with a restocking fee of 15% for all orders with a qualifying RMA number issued from support@alltvmall.com or customer service 1-877-401-4749 within 15 days from receipt of merchandise
- Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer box with all original UPC codes, INSIDE an outer shipping box with an RMA # written on it. Merchandise must have all enclosed documentation and all original package contents.
- Missing original content or product UPC codes will disqualify the return. All returns are subject to inspection prior to credit.
9. Products not qualifying for returns or exchanges:
TV/Big Screen/Monitor purchases are special orders and can only be canceled prior to the shipment of the order.
- Televisions: Plasma/LCD/Rear Projection TV/Monitors are not eligible for return to Alltvmall.com and must be serviced/repaired/exchanged directly by the manufacturer (most will qualify for onsite service). This will be at no cost to you (the end-user).
Sale of closeout items; are final sale. Only defective closeout items may be returned for credit as per normal Returns Policy.
Cancellations:
1. Cancellation requests must be e-mailed to supportr@alltvmall.com or customer service 1-877-401-4749. Your ORDER NUMBER must appear in the subject line.
- We will cancel the order if the order hasn't been shipped yet, we will reply to your emailed request with, "canceled per your request".
- If an order cannot be canceled and has already been shipped, it will be invoiced. If you would like you account credited, you must return the merchandise to Alltvmall.com following the returns procedure.
2. Alltvmall.com reserves the right to cancel orders at any time if there is no response to messages left with notification of any issues or problems with the order or if there is a slow/no response to requests for payment or billing errors.
3. Please allow 24-48 Hours for our billing department to issue a refund. It may take between 3-6 Business days for your bank to post the funds to your account once a refund has been issued.
Price Protections and Pricing Errors:
1. If there is a price drop to a product prior to your order being shipped, credit can be requested for the difference.
2. If there is a price drop after your order has shipped, credit cannot be requested.
- Note: If the order is refused the product will be credited as a regular refusal.
3. If there is a pricing error we will notify you prior to shipment of the product with the pricing error.
In Case of a pricing error we will:
a. Go over the pricing error(s) with you.
b. Give you some perks for your next future order with AllTVMall.com (for your inconvenience).
c. Cancel your order for a full refund (if you choose to do so). - Note: Pricing errors can happen from time to time when we price thousands of products on a regular basis.
4. AllTVMall.com in no way is required to sell an item below its intended price due to a pricing error. If we made a mistake we will notify the customer prior to shipment.
International orders:
Canada Orders:
1. All orders being shipped to Canada will incur a 14% Tax to cover Customs, Duties and Taxes.
2. Shipping charges to Canada are as follows:
a) Televisions over 55" - Add $250.00 to all USA Freight shipping options available.
b) Televisions 40" to 55" - Add $200.00 to all USA Freight shipping options available.
c) Televisions under 40" - Add $120 to all USA shipping options available.
d) Home Theater Systems and Television Stands - Call for shipping quote.
Note: Most items will not be assessed an additional shipping fee when ordered together with a Television.
3. Payment options for Canada:
a) Credit Card - Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover.
b) Wire Transfer - Call for instructions for wire transfer payments.
4. All products that we sell come with a USA warranty (unless otherwise stated) and may not be honored in Canada by the manufacturer.
5. It is recommended to call in and place your order by Telephone for all Canada orders. Web orders for Canada are not automatically assessed the additional shipping fees. For Canada orders placed online, a representative will contact you to finalize the sale and give you a grand total.
International orders:
We are currently not processing any International orders. We currently process orders to the USA and Canada only.
